Reflexology is a foot massage combining relaxation techniques and acupressure. All major nerve endings from our organs end in our feet and by stimulating these pressure points it can clear any stagnation through these nerve pathways causing a "reset" response. This brings the bodies system back to its naturally balanced state. Reflexology is known to stimulate the nervous system, boost circulation, digestion, relieve stress and tension.

Sessions start with a foot soak infused with essential oils and soap to cleanse the feet, allowing you time to decompress before your treatment. All treatments are done fully clothed with an option to be laying on a massage table or sitting in a chair. Please wear comfortable clothing with shorts or pants that I can roll up to your knees.

Reiki is a healing technique for the body, mind and soul. When your energy becomes depleted, receiving a reiki treatment will help re-balance your energy, allowing you to feel more harmonious and grounded. The practitioner channels universal life energy while simultaneously connecting to unconditional love. The magnetic fields created by a reiki session can induce deep relaxation and healing.

You will receive treatment on a massage table, supported by pillows and blankets. The treatment can be done with or without gentle touch.
